Ordering info:

If you would like to order from our range of personalised photo gifts, first of all please email details, including any photo / picture / design, which should be a jpeg of highest quality possible, and any additional text to joy@joysmugsnmore.co.uk .

We will check that the image is suitable for printing onto the item you have chosen and, if requested, we can send you a PDF or picture to show you the finished design before it is printed.

Please note that, due to the printing process, the colour of the finished item may differ very slightly from any photos sent, or any photos on this website.

When the design is accepted please use the links on each page to pay - prices include postage.

We prefer to post by Recorded Delivery to ensure your gift arrives safely, and we always charge postage at Royal Mail prices, plus a small charge to cover cost of the packaging. Small items are sent 1st class with proof of postage

Orders are despatched within 7 working days if at all possible - most orders go out within 5 working days - and if your order is urgent please let us know before ordering, and we will do our very best to ensure it is with you on time!

When you click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button, it will first take you to your shopping cart. When you click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’, if you do not have a Paypal account click on the word ‘continue’ (just above the credit card logos on the left hand side), and you will be able to pay securely by your credit or debit card.

We also accept postal orders.

But please remember not to send payment until the price of your order including postage has been agreed..

Our Printing Process

We use the process of Dye Sublimation - Sublimation printing is the application of sublimation inks into a surface using a heat press to provide the required combination of heat, time and pressure. This combination causes the inks to be converted from a solid to a gaseous state enabling them to penetrate the sublimatable surface so that a permanent, full colour image is formed. The colour penetrates the surface of the item so that the result is colourful, long lasting and resistant to scratching unlike some other printing methods that merely print onto the surface of the item like a transfer.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

You can order from as little as one item to as many as you like - there may be discounts available for large quantities - please email for prices.

Fundraising for schools, playgroups, clubs etc.

We do have special fundraising prices - please drop us an email.

Postage

Postage is always charged AT COST and is normally included in the price of the item.

Returns

As the items are personalised, we regret that we do not accept any returns unless, of course, we print the wrong photo / name on your gift (which we haven’t done so far!!...)

*** IMPORTANT - HOW TO SEND PHOTOS FOR PHOTO GIFTS ***

Please send photos BEFORE sending payment in case we have any problems, and send any photo(s) as a high quality jpeg only, and at the original full size - don’t let your email provider condense the jpegs for email as they will not stretch and will be too small to use.

For Hotmail users please attach the jpeg 'as a file', not 'as a photo', otherwise Hotmail will compress the photo and it will be too small, and please do not send the photo in any application - Word, or Works etc. - as I will not be able to use it.

If you would like wording with the photo please let me know the font, colour, and wording required, and whereabouts you would like it on the gift - above the picture, below etc - please do not send any jpegs with the photo and wording together, or Word or Works files as I use a special drawing program and have to design each gift 'from scratch'.

If requested I can send you a PDF or picture to show any layout required, but please note that, due to the printing process, the colour of the finished item may differ slightly from any photo sent to me, or PDF sent to you.
