Ordering info:

If you would like to order from our range of personalised gifts, first of all please email details, including any photo / picture / design, which should be a jpeg of highest quality possible, and any additional text to joy@joysmugsnmore.co.uk .

 

We will check that the image is suitable for printing onto the item you have chosen and, if requested, we can send you a PDF or picture to show you the finished design before it is printed.

Please note that, due to the printing process, the colour of the finished item may differ very slightly from any photos sent, or any photos on this website or Ebay.

 

When the design is accepted we will confirm the price including 1st or 2nd Class Recorded Delivery postage, always charged at cost, to ensure the item reaches you safely.

 

Delivery within 7 working days if at all possible - most orders go out within 2 to 3 working days - and if your order is urgent please let us know before ordering, and we will do our very best to ensure it is with you on time!

Paypal and Credit / Debit card

We can send you a Paypal invoice by email. This will have a link to pay us securely through Paypal or by Credit / Debit card, or you can click on the “ADD TO CART” buttons which will soon be on every page to pay by Paypal or Credit / Debit card.

We also accept postal orders and cheques, but please note that we will not make your gift until your cheque has cleared, normally about 7 working days.

Cheque to be made payable to: J O Y  P R I N C E - W R I G H T and sent to the address above.

But please remember not to send payment until the price of your order including postage has been agreed..

 

 

 

Our Printing Process

Your design is printed into the surface of the items with special inks - it is not a transfer, and will not fade in the sun.

The white ceramic MUGS that we use can be washed in the dishwasher as long as they are washed in a normal wash at 50 degrees maximum, on the top rack. A local Tearoom tested them for us and washed 2 of our mugs up to 5 times daily for several weeks, and they had at least 200 washes+ with absolutely NO fading whatsoever. (Our thanks to Maxine and Matthew!!)

 

Is there a minimum order quantity?

You can order from as little as one item to as many as you like - there may be  discounts available for large quantities - please email for prices.

 

Fundraising for schools, playgroups, clubs etc.

We do have special fundraising prices - please see Fundraising Page for details, or drop us an email, as we are in the middle of sorting them out at the moment.

 

Postage

Postage is always charged AT COST and should be quoted before payment is made.

 

Returns

As the items are personalised, we regret that we do not accept any returns unless, of course, we print the wrong photo / name on your gift (which we haven’t done so far!!...)

*** IMPORTANT - HOW TO SEND PHOTOS ***

Please send photos BEFORE sending payment in case we have any problems, and send any photo(s) as a high quality jpeg only, and at full size - don’t let your email provider condense the jpegs for email as they will not stretch and will be too small to use.

For Hotmail users please attach the jpeg 'as a file', not 'as a photo', otherwise Hotmail will compress the photo and it will be too small, and please do not send the photo in any application - Word, or Works etc. - as I will not be able to use it.

If you would like wording with the photo please let me know the font, colour, and wording required, and whereabouts you would like it on the gift - above the picture, below etc - please do not send any jpegs with the photo and wording together, or Word or Works files as I use a special drawing program and have to design each gift 'from scratch'.

If requested I can send you a PDF or picture to show any layout required, but please note that, due to the printing process, the colour of the finished item may differ slightly from any photo sent to me, or PDF sent to you.
